We know that the process of getting a vehicle repaired can seem daunting, so we have outlined the stages below so that you know how it all works.
The Assessment/Quoting stage: Customers can come in any time within business hours to start the repair process. We will gather all the details of the vehicle, customer, any relevant insurance details and what repairs will be required for the job. Then we create a detailed estimate for repairs and because we live in rural WA, all insurance claims are dealt with digitally and we can send it straight to your insurance company to be approved.
Approval: Once approved, we order all the parts required for the job and contact you to book your vehicle in for repairs. Because the parts may have to be sourced from the eastern states or even from overseas, there can be a delay in the time between approval and the work being carried out on your vehicle.
Repairing stage: With all the parts in hand at our workshop our smash repair experts go to work getting your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition.
Ready to go: Once our team put the finishing touches on your car and give it a clean so it is all sparkling and shiny, we call you to come and be reunited with your car.
